Agree the scope for the machine
- Identify the stock ID, machine configuration and the questions you want the inspection to address.
- Discuss the actual provider, access, proposed checks, deliverables and exclusions.
- Confirm fees, any travel costs, coverage and scheduling before making a commitment.
Coverage and appointment meaning
Ontario is the inspection coverage priority. Requests elsewhere are considered individually. There is no customer-visit location; an equipment listing does not establish where a machine is stored.
An enquiry or planning appointment is not a confirmed mechanical inspection. Scope and arrangements must be agreed directly; the catalog does not imply every machine has been inspected or is covered by a protection program.
